I have been having fun with some car photos recently! I just had an urge to try and create a dramatic product photo that could also be used as poster artwork. So I brought the car out to
Crinan Ferry, Argyll.
With my studio lights and a flash gun I aimed to create some nice lines, flowing with the car, but at the same time retaining shadow to add a bit of atmosphere and depth. Thank you to Scott McPherson for lending me his beautiful BMW . I was incredibly sad when I had to give it back and return to my wee Ford Focus haha.
Here is the first photo, aiming to just be sleek and with plenty of shadows;
I then retook the photo adding the 5 extra lights to give it a bit more punch!
